QUESTION: When will I get my order?

ANSWER: About 3-7 days after you order, you order will be delivered! You'll be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order ships (next business day), and you can track it on usps.com or with the arrive app.

 

QUESTION: What's your refund policy?

ANSWER: We offer a 14 day no questions asked money back guarantee for new (first time) customers only. This means if you've never placed an order with us, you can try something out for 14 days risk free.

Here's how it works: If you're unsatisfied for any reason, you can contact us (service@jollay.co) and we will send you a free return label. Simply send it back (in any condition for any reason) within 14 days of delivery, and we will send you a full refund.

In the rare case you receive a defective piece of jewelry, we will replace it for you.

ANSWER: No, all our jewelry is 100% hypoallergenic so it's safe for even the most sensitive skin.

ANSWER: Yes, it's handmade with real 14k gold, 925 silver and rhodium. And we use flawless & colorless gems made of zirconium oxide, magnesium, and calcium that shine harder than diamonds.

ANSWER: Gently wipe away any oils or residue with a cloth. Avoid wearing while showering, and sweating to make it last for years.
